I’ve been having a ball inking the characters with traditional ‘pen & ink’ ‘dippy-pen’ methods, but the hands-on mechanical drawing is, at times, becoming something of a pain. I do my foundations with “col-erase” pencils and usually make such a mess that it can be hard to get mircon ink to bind to the paper, so I’m considering doing the buildings digitally. Thank you for asking!

The idea I’m going for is to emulate an era-appropriate Marvel Comics “house style” (at least…that’s the IDEA.) Klaus Janson,  Frank Miller and Walt Simonson have been great sources of…shall we say…”liberal inspiration”.
